How to File a Complaint:

Proof of Identity: Your name, company name, address, and contact information.
Proof of Ownership: Valid documentation proving your ownership of the trademark, copyright, or patent in question (e.g., registration certificates).
Details of Infringement: Specific links (URLs) to the TRUXTOR web pages where the alleged infringing material is located, along with a clear description of how your IP is being violated.
Statement of Good Faith: A statement declaring that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the IP owner.
Our Response Process:
Upon receiving a complete complaint, our legal team will immediately initiate an internal investigation. If the claim is verified, TRUXTOR will take swift action to remove or modify the infringing content within 3 to 5 business days.
